Groundhogs~!

Allegedly, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today. But Staten Island's Charles "Chuck" G. Hogg did NOT. D: So do we have 6 more weeks of winter? (What winter?) Or do we have an early spring? I say spring, as it's been cloudy and warm...

Also: Chuck has had an 80% accuracy rate. Plus, he has a bunch of other groundhogs seeing no shadows to back him up, including Dunkirk Dave of New York (second longest predicting groundhog, and has an accuracy rate of over 90%), General Beauregard "Beau" Lee of Georgia, Buckeye Chuck of Ohio, North Carolina's Sir Walter Wally, Smith Lake Jake from Alabama, and at least 10 others. Even Phil's fellow Pennsylvanians Poor Richard, Susquehanna Sherman, Dover Doug, Octoraro Orphie, and Lawrenceville Lucy have predicted an early spring.

It is important to note that Phil, historically, only a 39% accuracy rate and appears to be an extreme pessimist, predicting an early spring only 15 times in over 120 years. No offense, Phil, but I think I'm going to side with Chuck, Dave, and all the others on this one.
