First Post... Ever

This is my... well yeah, this is my blog. ._.;; And I was off to such a good start, a great quote and everything! But essentially, that's what this is- my blog. And I know that's fairly lame sounding, but what am I supposed to say? "WELCOME TO MY LOVELY LITTLE NICHE FILLED WITH BOOKS AND CHOCOLATE AND MAYBE MORE THAN A FEW RANTS" would sum it up wonderfully, but it also sounds vaguely like something a creeper or rapist would say. Neither of which, I am. I'm actually a high school student, female, and not interested at all in sucking your blood (unlike Edward Cullen). So have no fear, this site will contain only book reviews and rants on various subjects.

A few things you should know about me:
-My favorite books are the Harry Potter series
-I hate Twilight, and not because I don't like vampire novels
-I read a variety of genres, mostly under the category of Young Adult
-Even though I love action-adventure novels, I'm a huge sucker for chick-lit
-I am VERY opinionated; give me a book, and I will pretty much either love it or hate it, give me a topic, and I will rant my heart out until someone finally tells me to shut up
